Goat Grass Shipping Policy
Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.
Goat Grass items are subject to availability. If an item ordered is out of stock, a Goat Grass representative will contact you within 1-2 business days using the contact information that was provided at the time the order was placed.
Goat Grass can ship products anywhere in the United States via FedEx. When an order is placed, estimated delivery dates based upon the availability of the item(s), shipping method selected and final shipment destination will be provided.
Shipping charges are determined by the total weight of the order placed. NOTE: At this time, Goat Grass is not shipping outside the United States.
Goat Grass is not responsible for delayed delivery or damages due to shipping errors by the carrier.
Order errors or changes must be reported within 90 days from the date of shipment.
Goat Grass Return Policy
If for any reason, you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund on the purchase price for up to 30 days from delivery of your purchase.
